Hill’s Morel Mushrooms specializes in the sales of the freshest Midwestern yellow morel (sponge) mushrooms. For 25 years, our family has taken pride in providing high-quality, fresh morels to our customers, with top-notch sales and customer service. Our goal is to deliver mushrooms to our customers within 12-48 hours of being picked in the wild. Morels picked in the evening are in the air at 5 am or in a delivery truck at 1 am on a regular daily basis! We are certified and licensed by the State of Minnesota and follow food handling required practices. All of our products are organic, grown in the wild, and picked by hundreds of “hunters” around the Midwest. There is much mystique surrounding the art of finding or “hunting” wild morels, which is why we can’t tell you exactly where they come from—we don’t know! For nature to grow morels, 50+ degree nights with 70+ degree days and some recent precipitation is usually required. They usually appear 7-10 days after the first dandelion sighting!
